For hot tools and accessories purchased from Aymulami.com, we offer a 14-day store credit guarantee for products purchased from our website only. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a store credit in the form of a voucher.

 

Eligibility for Store Credit

• The product and packaging must be in new and unused condition.

• If the item is missing, damaged, or not in a restockable condition, we cannot provide a store credit.

• Store credit will be issued to the customer in the form of a voucher that can be used for future purchases on our website.

• Exchanges are not possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or offer store credit for used or opened Hair Gem Stampers, Hair Towels, Heatless Curls Kits, or other haircare products. However, if a product is faulty or does not function as it should, we will provide a replacement or store credit if purchased directly from our website.

Returns Process

1. To initiate a return, email us at contact@aymulami.com with the following details:

• Name

• Address

• Email address

• Order Number / Proof of Purchase

• Reason for return

• Batch code (found on the safety label or behind the handle)

• Product type and color

2. Ship your return back to our EU warehouse. Please note that we do not cover or refund shipping costs.

3. Once inspected and approved, we will issue a store credit (voucher) equal to the value of the returned product(s) within 14 days.

Purchases from Retailers & Stockists

If you purchased an Aymulami product from a third-party retailer, you must contact them directly for their return policy. Products purchased from other retailers are not covered by our 14-day store credit guarantee.
