Refund policy

Because hair oil is a personal care/hygiene product, we can’t accept returns once the seal is broken or the product is opened.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help.

Note for EU customers: By law, online shoppers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This doesn’t apply to goods that are sealed for health/hygiene reasons and are unsealed after delivery. We therefore accept returns of unopened, sealed products within 14 days; opened products are not returnable.
